YSM-800CS精密伺服數(shù)控液壓機(jī)

本機(jī)器適用于各種金屬材料及可塑性材料的精密彎曲、翻邊、沖孔、切邊、成型、校正、校平、壓裝、家用電器如煲類、鍋類的成型、覆底等工藝，在汽摩配件、LED散熱器、板式換熱器等的精密冷、熱擠壓成型應(yīng)用更為廣泛。
電氣系統(tǒng)采用觸摸屏顯示精準(zhǔn)位移與產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)，觸摸屏電腦＋PLC＋電子位移尺組合，方便設(shè)置與控制滑塊上限、快轉(zhuǎn)慢、下限、保壓時(shí)間等參數(shù)。可實(shí)現(xiàn)手動調(diào)整和半自動及自動三種工作方式。每種工作狀態(tài)均可實(shí)現(xiàn)精確位移定程及伺服比例定壓兩種壓制方式。

Can achieve manual adjustment and semi-automatic and automatic three working modes. Each working state can achieve accurate displacement and servo proportional pressure two pressing methods.
